Curriculum Vitae (<strong>TYPE<\/strong>\u00a0in English\u00a0<strong>OR<\/strong>\u00a0Chinese)<br \/>\n2. Two Letters of Recommendation<br \/>\n3. Statement of Purpose (<strong>TYPE<\/strong>\u00a0in English\u00a0<strong>OR<\/strong>\u00a0Chinese)<br \/>\n&#8211; Purpose of study: delineating the reasons for studying in Taiwan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Plans of study: stating specific area of interest, and proposed subject of current o future research objectives<br \/>\n&#8211; Anticipated results: stating how the intended study will help fulfill personal and scientific goals<br \/>\n4. One copy of the highest-level diploma\/certificate (or equivalent academic attainment)\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a0one copy of transcript issued by the institution (with translations into English or Chinese, if in other languages).<br \/>\n5. Verification of English Proficiency: For international applicants whose native language is not English, TOEFL minimum score above 80(IBT) is required \u2013 it must be taken within the past five years.<br \/>\n6.
